Your first visit, and your card
A first visit is about an hour, in a quiet office with the same three people you'll see each time. You don't have to join the club that day. Take the estimate home and decide when you're ready.
Before you come
What to bring
A list of your medicines
Names and doses, from your pharmacy or your pill bottles. Dr. Briones needs them before she treats you.
Dentures or partials you already wear
Bring them in a case, so she can check the fit.
Your questions
Write them down. There is time to ask all of them.
Your plan's card, if you have one
We don't bill plans, but we can give you a receipt to send to yours.
The forms
Health history goes on the portal
Please don't send health details by email or in the contact form. Our private patient portal has the forms. Ask Noe and he'll help you fill them in, in English or Spanish, or sit with you at the desk.
