Joining

Three steps to join

Joining takes a phone call and a first visit. You decide about the card after you've met Dr. Briones.

  1. 01

    Call or send a request

Noe at the front desk finds a time that suits you. He speaks Spanish, and so does Dr. Briones.

  2. 02

Come in for a first visit

About an hour: a talk about what worries you, an exam, X-rays only if she needs them, and a written estimate for any work you need.

  3. 03

Join the club, or pay per visit

Take the estimate home. If the club suits you, you pay the yearly fee and get your card. If not, you pay for each visit.

Why a club

Retired, and on your own for dental

Medicare generally doesn't pay for routine dental care, so many people stop going when they retire. If your plan does include dental, ask it what it covers first. The club is for the visits nothing else pays for.

    Rima Sayegh

    Dental hygienist, RDH

    • Dental hygienist license (RDH) · WA License no. 000000

Rima cleans your teeth and shows you what she sees along the gumline, so you can look after it between visits.

  • Noe Cazares

    Front desk and patient coordinator

Noe books your visits and answers questions about the club and fees. He speaks Spanish.

About the club

Before you join

Is the club insurance?

No. It is a yearly fee for routine visits at this office. It doesn't pay a claim, it isn't a Medicare plan, and it can't be combined with insurance.

Do I have to join to be a patient?

No. You can pay for each visit instead, and you'll know the fee in writing before we start.

What if I need a denture or a crown?

The card leaves those out. Dr. Briones writes an estimate for the work, with the member fee on it, and you decide at home.

Can I cancel?

Yes, before the plan renews. The terms are printed on the card and on the plan page.
